Developing and maintaining innovative multi-functional platform “HEIs – Employers”
General Description
The results of the project, including developed educational facilities (short courses, on-line courses, internships and professional trainings) as well as HEIs – Employers networks, published materials (reports, guidelines and manuals) will be summarized and organized as a multi-functional platforms. The platform will set-up on the university server basis and will provide advanced opportunities to assess, share and spread information on educational facilities and career opportunities in the sphere of urban-rural interactions and sustainable development. The structure and functionality of the platform will be discussed with al target groups (students, HEIs and Employers) and the beta version of the platform will be presented on the workshop in UNITUS and on the final conference in RUDN university.

Developing the platform and filling the content
The innovative multi-functional platform “HEIs – Employers” platform will include several informational blocks and services:
- Careers (vacancies, candidate profiles, employers’ requirements).
- Courses (short courses and on-line courses).
- Internships (programs and conditions).
- Professional trainings. The platform will also include the social network, joining students, HEIs and Employers target groups.
Promoting the platform to the target groups
The innovative multi-functional platform “HEIs – Employers” platform will be promoted to the relevant target groups on the workshop in UNITUS and on the final conference in RUDN. It will also be discussed with all target groups at the development stage, which will contribute to more efficient dissemination. The platform will provide services for a broader audience directly involved in the project. For example, the platform will provide space and templates for promo information on courses and internships, other than developed in the scope of the project, but also related to urban-rural interactions and sustainable development. Multiple functions and services provided by the platform will increase its sustainability after the project end.
